Over $80,000 now donated
We developed a friendship and respect over recent years (since 2019) for the amazing work that the team at Pass It On Clothing do. Through numerous discussions with Chris Vagg we talked through ways that we might be able to help – with both donations and in creating broader awareness and potential public donation support for their work. We settled on a commitment of regular donations as well as looking to use the RTP social and membership reach to try and generate broader awareness and public donation support.
The good news is that in a small way we have been able to help. The even better news is that many of our website members and social media followers have also been very generous with their own personal donations.
In 2021 we also teamed up with Tristan Merlehan and TopSport www.topsport.com.au and Jimmy Smith (SEN Radio Sydney) to produce a weekly Sports and NRL podcast – NRL MarketWatch Podcast (Spotify and Apple). Thanks to this support and weekly generosity from Topsport we have been able further broaden awareness and continue to raise additional donation funds for Chris and Olga and the team at Pass It On Clothing.
On the back of the podcast reach and growth across recent years we have now launched occasional Sportsman’s Lunch functions for those interested in mixing with our crew, understanding more about the amazing work that Chris and Olga do and on the back of a fun afternoon raise funds for this great cause.

Pass It On Clothing
Pass it on Clothing & Co is a Sydney based social enterprise which puts your apparel, shoes and accessories donations directly in the hands of those who need it most.
Founded in September 2016 by Chris Vagg and Olga Puga, Pass it on Clothing & Co. has been instrumental in providing quality men’s and women’s clothes donations to Sydney’s homeless community, working to make charitable clothes giving more direct, efficient and effective.
The idea for Pass it on Clothing & Co stemmed from a house move for Chris and Olga and a resulting wardrobe cull. Many of the pieces to be thrown away were expensive and near new and needed to be given a new appreciative owner.
Chris began researching traditional charities and realised that the best clothes are often kept and sold in charity stores and shopfronts, leaving only the leftover items not deemed good enough for sale to be passed on to those who actually need them.
This sparked the idea of taking clothing directly to Sydney’s homeless and disadvantaged community.
Pass it on Clothing & Co takes clothing donations directly to those doing it tough, allowing people to visit and select new clothing directly. Olga, as a professional stylist, offers compassion and support when helping people select the wardrobe pieces.
Pass it on Clothing & Co has now provided over 185,000 pieces of clothing to those experiencing homelessness over the last 5+ years. The benefits are truly positive, not only physically, but by also impacting the self-esteem and self-worth of the recipients.
The future vision for Pass it on Clothing & Co is to provide a pathway out of homelessness into sustainable private employment + housing.
