Panthers vs Broncos | Penrith Park Penrith

Penrith
-10.5 market line
37.5 total points (market position)

Panthers have won 4 of last 5
Panthers won and covered 22 of last 32 at home
Panthers near 70% record covering the line when home fav -6.5 or higher

Panthers look to advantage here. Remain at home where their record is clearly outstanding and look to be slowly building into the season off a positive and strong second half last week and clear win over the Eels. Kenny back at #9 (last week) is important, they lose a quality front rower but do have some depth.

Broncos but for some pieces of magic from Walsh and speed from Mariner were very clunky last week and again look short up front and through the middle and now lose Haas. Add to this Reynolds and that is then 2 of the 3 elite stars and clogs that make this team work. A lot now rests with Walsh and Mam, but off what room and go forward to play with?

It may well be a Grand Final replay match up but both sides bring teams lists missing a few, most notably the Broncos with 6 missing from late last year most of who are quality. The Panthers also pride themselves on a) lifting for these sorts of match ups and at home, and b) the quality of defence that they can bring to shutting down and working hard against a good opponent. I liked the look of how they went up a level or two through the second half last week, at home and the Broncs without two very instrumental and key players the Panthers do look well placed. I am at least 2 rating points between them, then the Broncos outs and Panthers home advantage looks to widen this to at least 12.

NRL – MrG – Reading The Play

Having coached at a senior level for 16 years including 3 years on the coaching staff of an NRL club Gerard Condon is a long term avid student of the game. He’s coached sides to win titles at a senior level, run the football arm of a successful district club, managed professional players and worked in various development roles, so it’s fair to say the game of Rugby League is certainly in his blood and supports an experienced and unique offering.

Mr G’s NRL previews and betting tips combine this knowledge and ‘read’ of the current weekly form with a statistical and betting analysis to provide his followers with a unique and successful approach. He spends hours each week watching and reviewing each and every game assessing the strengths and weakness of the form to then weigh against that of the betting markets. His previews and betting tips have been published on the internet via two sports forums for 7 years prior to his public offering through Reading The Play.
